We offer fast efficient Free shipping on all orders within Australia.
For International orders the shipping freight charge will be calculated at checkout.
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country by the customer.

We accept the following credit cards through the PayPal gateway. Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to process a payment.
If you don’t have a credit card please email us and we will send you an invoice with bank details for electronic funds transfer (eft).
For the majority of Australia we expect the delivery time, from the first business day after your order is received, to be 3-7 business days.
We cannot specify a shipping time through international orders although for most major countries and cities we expect the delivery time to be 14 business days.
You will receive tracking with your order from the courier company which will specify the expected delivery time for your country.
We ensure our site has a fully operational SSL certificate. Which appears in the top left of the search bar. The green padlock is trusted to ensure your details are safe.
Payment is processed through PayPal which has proven to be a highly safe and secure method.
You will receive an email confirmation of your payment from paypal and an order confirmation receipt from us. (Please check your spam if you don’t receive these emails). At our end your order is then processed and packaged. We determine the most efficient way to despatch your parcel so it arrives swiftly. Once your package has been despatched you will receive an email stating that your order has been completed. This email also has a link to track your package.
You will then also receive an email from the courier company with their tracking correspondance details or an email from us with Australia Post Tracking details.
You can also track your order through your account on our website in your order section.
(Only a couple of our smaller items are despatched without tracking).
Yes. You will receive an email invoice and also an tax invoice receipt in with your product package.
We have a 60 day no questions asked return policy. We understand that you change your mind or discover our products may no longer suit your needs. As such contact us and we will provide our business address for returning the product. (Please note returns postage is at the customers expense). Once your order has been received at our depot we will issue your refund by the same method paid. For example through PayPal or bank transfer.
Please note due to health and safety we cannot accept back any used products/enema kits or opened packages of any of our sealed coffee enema products.
